Shuangheng design and manufacture solar panel mounting bracket to developed Corporation with customer in Makati, Philippines for this project, which produces electricity from solar energy using photovoltaic technology. It sells electricity to National Dispatching Center with a Power Purchase Agreement of 1.2 MW. The commercial operation date was on 11 August 2017.
